3. Send us an email telling us the domain you want noting your form of payment.
    Make sure you send us the right domain name. If there's a mistake there's no
    way to correct it--it is permanent and nonreversible.
4. We will then be the owner of the domain, for your use. You must send us an
    email annually asserting that you are asserting it to be registered on your
    behalf. If you do not send us such an email you agree that we are the full
    owner of the domain and all rights pertaining to it, even if we are still allowing
    you to use it and repay us the registration fees.
